My video won't play or is very slow. What do I do?

Streaming online video can require high internet speed. Please check your current connection and ensure your download speed is at least 5 MBPS for HD quality. If you have any other problems, please contact us at help@clarkson-creative.com

Where can I access my classes once purchased?

Check that you are logged into the site. You may login using the link at the top right hand corner of the site. Then you will click on the “Courses” link to take you to the courses page, all of your purchased courses will read “Start The Course” next to them. If you’re purchased course does not say “Start The Course” next to it, you may have to log out and back in. If problems still persist, contact us at help@learnsummit.com.

When are you going to launch new classes?

New classes will be launched on a regular basis. Please check back for future updates and if you have any desired educational topics you’d like covered, please let us know at help@clarkson-creative.com

I have purchased a course but I am not able to watch it?

When purchasing a course sometimes the site wants an “Evidence of Payment.” From the home page, hitting “Courses” will take you to the course page where your purchased courses will read “proceed with payment” next to them. Click that and you will be taken to a menu with you courses pending. Here you will click “Submit Payment” and a window will pop up that will prompt you to “Submit Evidence of Payment” This window allows you write a note or upload a proof of purchase to verify that you have paid. Summit Online when then be notified of your payment and the Summit Online Team will process your course for viewing. Once all is completed, refresh your browser and from the courses tab scroll to your course and click “start the course” .

How long are the lessons?

Each lesson varies in length. Each lesson length is notated on the overview page of each course.

Do I need a PayPal account?

No. Paypal will accept payments from multiple credit card providers.

How long can I view my courses once they are purchased?

The courses are yours to access 24 hours a day. There is no limitations to how many times you can view them once purchased.
